Ferienhaus am Birkenweg is less than half an hour’s drive from two ski resorts. Winterberg is 30 km away and Willingen is 50km. The house is on a 1000m2 plot of land in the quiet village of Somplar. You will have sole occupancy of this beautiful, detached house.

There are 3 bedrooms, an open fireplace and a billiard table. You can also

enjoy the superb view towards Hallenberg and the Rothaar mountains.

Hochsauerland and Ederbergland and the interesting towns of Frankenberg and Edersee are not far away.

You can simply relax in the peace and quiet of this part of Germany with its rolling hills. If the weather is right you’ll find excellent winter sport facilities in Winterberg, Willingen, Küstelberg and Hallenberg. There are tens of kilometres of ski runs with various degrees of difficulty and many toboggan runs.
