Amidst the foothills of the Rothaargebirge (which covers a large part of the Hochsauerland) lies the hamlet of Alme, which belongs to the village of Brilon. Here you find a holiday home with the name "der Bienenkorb" which was completely renovated in 2006. The house is for sole occupancy and has a cosy living room, a well kept kitchen and three bedrooms which makes it a lovely destination for a family or those who like to explore the beautiful Sauerland on foot or on a bike. Famous tourist centres such as Willingen (25 km.), Winterberg (40 km.) and Korbach (35 km.) are only half an hour away and offer lots of recreational facilities. We can recommend a visit to the amusement park Fort Fun, the mountain bike-arena Willingen or (if the weather permits it) the Diemelsee (23 km.) with its many water sports facilities. Holiday home der Bienenkorb is a well kept, detached house with many recreational facilities and a covered veranda with garden furniture to enjoy the sun.
