This cosy group house (approx. 160 m2) is located amidst the beautiful landscape of Hochsauerland. The lower ground floor offers a warm and cosy dining room with an open fire.

The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden of ca. 2000 m2 with toys for children and barbecue facilities. The lot has an idyllic location and offers many relaxation opportunities in nature.

The holiday home is approx. 500 m away from a recreational lake and in direct proximity of the Rothaarsteig, one of the most famous walking routes of the Sauerland. In the direct proximity you will find various leisure facilities like e.g.: paragliding in Willingen, surfing on the Diemelsee, summer tobogganing in Willingen and Bruchhausen, the attraction park Fort Fun, the "Laguna pool" and the indoor skating hall in Willingen, golf, mountain biking, ski, langlauf, etc.

The owner offers guided motorcycle trips on request.
