Waldblick Sonne - Description

Sankt Englmar lies 55 km. east of Regensburg. In the village part Klinglbach, about 2,5 km. from Sankt Englmar and surrounded by nice mountain- forest and pasture landscape lies mansion Waldblick. It accommodates two comfortable and tasteful furnished houses of 66 m (DE-94379-01) and 30 m (DE-94379-02) on the ground floor, but due to the hill location you will reach the entrance through a short outdoor stairs. Both properties have access to a terrace with garden furniture, large communal garden (fenced) with pond (fenced), sunbathing meadow, lounge chairs and barbeque.
