For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: lounge. Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service on request. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 250 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station Baiersbronn 2 km, swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, tennis 2 km, golf course 11 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Walking paths from the house, situated on a hill with views of the Baiersbronner valley. The house consists of 5 apartments in total; an individual health and fitness programme can be put together on request by the owner who also manages the holiday guests in the well known gourmet temple Traube Tonbach.
