Family friendly, comfortable holiday house Charlottes Forsthaus, above Bad Wildbad, 700 m from the centre, in a quiet, south-facing position on a slope, directly by the woods edge, south-west facing position. Private: grounds 1'000 m2, garden, lawn sunning area, table tennis, terrace (56 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: sauna, fitness room. Store for bicycles, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking. All bedrooms with small seating corner, 2 beds with electrically adjustable slatted bases. Bath/WC on the top floor with whirlpool; the 2nd bathroom has a shower with massage jets. The children's area on the loft floor has games and an electric railway (on request). There is a sauna and fitness equipment in the basement gym (45 m2) and also a shower with massage jets/WC.
