Not far from the Donau, directly in the nature park of the Bayer Forest lies the little mountain village Sankt Englmar. This air health resort lies at approx. altitude and offers many sports facilities, but also for other excursions, amongst which to Deggendorf (35 km.) you are here at the right address. altitude) offers an extensive winter sports program. Multiple walking courses, 68 km. of beautiful cross country skiing runs and three Alpine ski areas of Sankt Englmar are situated in the near vicinity. Englmar lies this small village section of Maibrunn with approx. The village lies at an altitude of approx. and is surrounded by three mountains, the Pröller, the Predigtstuhl and the Hirschenstein. Around the village lies a cross country ski run of approximately 70 km. which takes you directly along the house Zur Linde. The house lies at the edge of the village and the forest, to the sunny south and has a beautiful panoramic view at the Donau valley and the further situated Bayer Forest. The houses, of which one is for 4-6 people (DE-94379-07) and one is for 2-4 people (DE-94379-08) are located on the 1st floor and are comfortably and beautifully decorated. Both have a south facing balcony. The house stands on a large piece of land of approx. 1800 m², where your children can have fun playing. The environment is ideal for taking walks.
