5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, modern furnishings: large living/dining room with swedish stove, cable-TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Bath-room, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 room, on 2 levels with 2 beds. 1 room, on 2 levels with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. 2 balconies, large terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Facilities: sauna, children's highchair. Please note: non-smokers only. The sauna (free of charge) is situated in the basement and is suitable for 8 people. Comfortable house built from natural materials and features such as an induction cooker, automatic coffee maker, DVD and home cinema.
