This recently built house lies on the edge of the village, approx. 3 km. outside the centre of Baiersbronn. The peacefully located house has beautiful views of the forested mountains and meadows. High standard, comfortably furnished 2nd floor property (74 m²). Balcony, garden with sunbathing/recreational area (grass) , garden furniture and a barbeque.

On 2nd floor: 1 livingroom (TV (satellite)), 1 kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed), 1 bathroom (shower unit in the bath).
