Ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly. Bread roll service, beverage service and breakfast possible. Parking by the house. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Ski lift 400 m, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Further shopping at Hittisau in Austria, 10 km. Beautiful view of the Balderschwanger valley and surrounding mountains from the house. Breakfast available on request.
