This beautiful, four room apartment is situated in Briancon in Hautes-Alpes. Briançon is a pleasant town to live in with 300 days of sunshine a year and it is the crossroads of five valleys and on the Italian border. With a remarkably rich architectural heritage, the town is classified as a Town of Art and History.

Your apartment (100 m2 approx.) is in a house in the heart of Briançon. It benefits from every comfort, is spacious and equipped to modern standards. Its favoured location in the centre of Briançon will enable you to explore the town and the surrounding area easily.

Sports enthusiasts will be able to explore the Grand Serre Chevalier skiing area (250 km of runs in the woods), enjoy ice sports, cycling (on the route of the Tour de France) or white water sports.

Trips into Italy are also possible, as well as shopping and trying the local produce: a real treat!
