Situated close to the beautiful town of Briançon, in the Hautes Alpes, this holiday accommodation is waiting to welcome you for a mountain holiday! The holiday accommodation (82 m for the inside, 80 m for the terrasse) is part of a residence situated on the height of Briançon. Its location (both close to the town and the great outdoors and natural environment), but also its panoramic view of Briançon and the moutains, definitely represent its main assets. The first Grand Serre Chevalier ski runs are less than 2 km away and welcome thousands of skiers each winter.

Briançon has a lot to offer for a summer holiday, walks in the mountains, pleasant little terraces, cafes, etc. Given its location, the influence of Italian culture is felt strongly, in particular concerning its culinary specialities. The old town is absolutely worth a visit!
