Close to the village, ideal hiking area Position: The village of Sixt Fer à Cheval is about 800 metres away with basic shops, several bars and good restaurants. Tennis courts and a good swimming pool are at Samoens, about three miles away a busy little town with plenty of restaurants and shops and a market on Wednesdays. There is a wealth of walks and hikes to suit both the energetic and the lethargic, many starting close to the chalet such as the magnificent Fer à Cheval. Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix are all within about an hours drive. The chalet is set in a peaceful clearing in the trees, with its own garden with sunny terrace and balcony, garden furniture and barbecue.

4-room chalet 48 m2 on 2 levels, rustic and cosy furnishings: living room with swedish stove, TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with bar. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm). Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, cot. Please contact the keyholder 3 days before arrival time to conviene of a date and approximativ hour if later. In case of late arrival a safe box situated in the frony of the chalet on the wall will have the keys code 789B.
