Extensive parkland, covered swimming pool Position: Conveniently situated just under a mile from the village for local shopping, tennis courts, bar and restaurant and 13 miles from Orange and Avignon. Uzès with its hidden squares and narrow streets is 20 miles away. The Pont du Gard and the Gorges de l'Ardèche are both close by and worth a visit. And, of course, the wonderful wines of the Cotes de Rhone can be sampled at the excellent local vineyards. Set in the midst of five acres of parkland the garden is enclosed with lawns, trees, shrubs, terraces, covered swimming pool (6.5x4.5m, 25/06-27/08) and solar shower, pool house and attractive water feature. Garage for two cars, plenty of parking, garden furniture, table tennis and gas barbecue.
Fontagnac is in the French ski resort of Roquemaure and has Orange within reach for a days skiing.

Fontagnac - Description
Living room with sofas around the open fireplace and sat. TV. Dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen with four rings, oven, microwave, American fridge and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Freezer in the cellar. Library with double sofa bed and doors to terrace. One ground floor bedroom with ensuite shower room with wc. Upstairs is a studio with single bed, basin, TV and fridge leading to a double bedroom with ensuite shower with wc. Also on this floor, two more double bedrooms each opening onto a roof terrace and sharing a bathroom and separate wc. NB maximum 8 people. Mosquito netting on most windows. Cot and high chair. Electricity over 100kw per week payable locally. Bed linen included.
