5-room chalet 100 m2 on 3 levels, partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable furnishings: lounge with TV and CD-player. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with wood burning stove. Exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: (outdoor steps) lounge with open fireplace. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Bath-room with corner bath. Electric heating, wood heating. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (140 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Large balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Very nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, logs (free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house.
