La Voute 8 - Description
This apartment (62 m2) was rebuilt from an old to a living complex on the square of Saint-Martin de Belleville, opposite the church and within 30m from the slopes. On the arched ground floor of the complex is a lovely restaurant with terrace. It was renovated in 2001, there are 4 apartments for hire, seperate or together,
and these are furnished with light wood quality furniture and each have its own balcony, from where you can enjoy the view over the encircled mountains. Saint Martin, situated within 1450 m high, is precisely a village in the Savoye as shown on the postcard. The ski area (160 km slopes)
belongs to the area of Les 3 Vallées (600 km slopes, 1450 - 3200m high) which has a specially favourable climate.
During winter, besides skiing, you can enjoy lovely activities like mountain climbing, hiking trips, snow walks, trips by dog sleigh, langlauf, and during summer, you can enjoy the lovelt nature and parapent/ULM, hike, summer toboggan, basketball, survival courses, childrens activities, water sports, tennis, fishing, mountainbiking, canoeing, visit mountain huts....and much more.
