La Voute 10 - Description
This apartment (80 m2) is located in a former farm, refurbished into a residence, on the village square of Saint-Martin de Belleville, facing the church, at 30m from the slopes. The arched ground floor of the residence hosts a pleasant restaurant with a terrace. Renovated in 2001, these 4 apartments can be rented separately or together and are equipped with quality wooden furniture. Each apartment has a small, sunny balcony, from where you can appreciate the wonderful view on the surrounding mountains.
At an altitude of 1450 m, Saint Martin de Belleville looks just like one of those Savoyan postcards. The ski-area of the Menuires-Saint Martin (160 km of slopes), belongs to the ski-area of Les 3 Vallées, the biggest area in the world, with 600 km of slopes and great sun-rates. Ideal for skiers of all ages and levels. In winter, one can try all kinds of activities such as snow-shoe trekking, hiking, dogsleigh rides, cross-country skiing. Summer activities: mountainbiking, trekking, climbing, fishing, parasailing/ULM, watersports, basketball, adventure circuits, tennis, summer sleighing, a visit to an alp-meadow chalet...
