This chalet of approx 90 m2 was built in 1999 in a traditional style, on the church square in the centre of the old village Saint-Martin de Belleville, within 100m from the slopes. The 3 balconys of the chalet and garden offers beautiful view over the old town in the valley and over the mountains. The livingroom has a pleasant sitting corner around a fireplace, where you can relax wonderfully after a day in the mountains.

The chalet Marie Gros is suitable for 10 persons and borders along chalet Pepe Martin; they can be rented together for groups up to 20 persons FR-73440-64).The area of Saint-Martin/Les Menuires(160 km slopes)

belongs to the area of Les 3 Vallées (600 km slopes, 1450 - 3200m high) which has a specially favourable climate.
