Biolley 31 - Description
This apartment (38 m2) is situated on teh 2nd floor of a beautiful complex, ideally situated in the centre of Saint-Martin de Belleville, with the ground floor and shop gallery (domestic caterer, baker, supermarket...). On the 1st floor there is entrance to the slopes behind the house (20m from the ski lift).Situated within 1450m high, looks like a typical Savoy-village like that on the postcard. The ski area of Menuires-Saint Martin (160 km slopes, langlauf slopes and a snowpark) is part of the area of 'Les Trois Vallées', the biggest ski area in the world with 600 km slopes.
In the winter you can make hiking trips, snow walks with special shoes, a trip with a dog sleigh, langlauf, etc. And in the summer there is much to do: survivalparcours, childrens activities, fishing, watersports, summer toboggan, parapente/ULM, visiting mountain huts....
