This holiday home with its open fireplace is a typical chalet of the region. It is 140 m2 and spread over 2 floors. There are 5 rooms. The chalet has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The furnishing is attractive and in a modern style. The chalet is full of atmosphere due to the wood panelling in many rooms. There is oil-fired central heating. The cellar has a washing machine and dryer which is shared with the house next door. There is space for skis and ski-boots. The carport accommodates two cars. The location, in the heart of the small town, is excellent. The Pleney gondola lift is only 100 metres away. There is a ski-school, crèche and a regular ski-bus to the Avioraz and Nyon gondola lifts. The Super-Morzine/Avioraz gondola lift is 350 metres from the home.

The ski bus stop is 50 meter further.
