Type 2-4 - Description

A luxury residence situated in the Annecy region. In the country between lake and mountains, a destination you just cannot miss!This luxury residence is situated in the small Medieval village of Giez, classified as an historical village with its 12th century chateau. Giez is also well-known for its 27 hole international golf course.

The residence is composed of several buildings with architecture typical of the Savoy region. Its location is ideal: between the mountains and the lake, in the Annecy countryside, this residence will provide you with all the peace and quiet you are looking for! Numerous activities await you: swimming in the lake in summer, fishing and a number of water sports, cycling, skiing in winter (the Tarentaise and Arve valley resorts are situated less than an hour away by car), … in short, enough to keep both young and old occupied!

This 35-40 m² apartment is equipped to meet any demand for comfort. Its warm interior (wood floor, traditional furniture) will charm you totally! The floor will be specified on-site. A curtain separates the bedroom from the living room.
