Serac - Description
Very beautiful 120 m2 chalet in Les Praz, 2.5km from Chamonix. With all the comfort you could need, well-kept decor and a romantic atmosphere, it's the ideal base for both winter and summer holidays.
At the foot of Mont Blanc in a remarkable natural location, come and explore a resort that hasn't stopped fascinating visitors for two centuries.
A long tradition of welcoming visitors, an exceptional skiing area, numerous sporting and cultural activities, a strong and intense local life as well as a preserved environment make Chamonix Mont-Blanc an ideal
holiday location for all.
In summer, paragliding, mountain biking, trips to the mountains, rafting, canyoning, Aiguilles Rouges natural reserve, the ice sea, the ice cave (not to be missed) and a host of other things ?
Please note: The owner is sometimes present in an apartment on the ground floor of the chalet.
