1-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 double sofa bed and TV. Exit to the balcony. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, micro wave). Bath-room, sep. WC. Gas heating. Balcony 6 m2, south-east facing position. Nice view of the mountains. Please note: TV only FR. Parking in the underground garage.
