In the district of Charmy l'Adroit, outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Abondance, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. In winter snow chains necessary. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Ski runs 2 km, ski school 10 km, ski-kindergarten 2.5 km, cross-country ski trail 2.5 km. Please note: car essential.

3-room chalet 100 m2, very comfortable and antique furnishings: large living/dining room with swedish stove, TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 double bed and shower. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, grill). Bath-room, 2 sep. WC's. Oil heating, floor heating. Balcony 10 m2, terrace 20 m2, patio. Very nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (fenced, 3 cars). Please note: TV only FR.
