7-room chalet 150 m2 on 3 levels, south-west facing position, renovated in 2005, comfortable and stylish furnishings: living/dining room 33 m2 with open fireplace, library, TV, radio, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Kitchen 12 m2 (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, grill). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Upper floor: lounge 20 m2. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Top floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with skylight with TV, stereo unit and DVD. Large terrace 21 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very nice view of the mountains, the river and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
