A detached cottage (35m2) on a 800m2 property of which 200m2 is own property, situated in the plateau of the de VAUCLUSE, between the Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles the Montmirail and the Gorges de l'Ardèche, with a terrace and a beautiful communal swimming pool (8 x 4 open from 4/6 to 17/9). The interior is sun-drenched and comfortable, with Provencal furniture. Situated within 25km from the charming medieval town Vaison la Romaine, within 26 km from Nyons (capital city of olives), within 28 km from Orange (famous for its classical amphitheater), within 15 km from Grignan (renowned castle), within 5 km from Visan (everything in the sign of the wine). A wonderful cottage on the French countryside along the renowned wine route of the Côtes du Rhône.
