La Moselotte - Description

On the edge of the village, 500 metres from the lake, the leisure park and in the heart of the Ballon des Vosges Regional Park. The apartment (approx. 90m2) is on one level, on the ground floor of the owners' main house.

There is a separate entrance and the apartment is comfortably appointed and extremely well-equipped. There is a sauna available, but on request because it is shared with the owners. In front of the apartment there is a large shady lawn, garden furniture and a barbecue.

There are some magnificent walks in the surrounding area, as well as pretty towns you can visit. You are close to Alsace, which is also worth a visit.

In the winter, the resorts are 15 minutes away by car (Ventron, La Bresse or Gérardmer).

A carpentry workshop employing 10 staff is 50 metres from the house on the other side of the road but is no longer active.

The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
