This is a splendid, detached chalet (80 m2), recently built, well furnished and decorated. The location is within 650 m high, in the middle of the Vogezen massief in the nature park Ballon des Vosges. Here are many sports and culture activities within a radius of 50 km : winter sport resorts in la Bresse-Hohneck, Gérardmer... (alp skiing, langlauf, snow hikes on raquettes,...) and in the summer (set out trips by foot or mountainbike, parapent...), watersports on the laked of Gérardmer and Xonrupt-Longemer, a day trip to the castle Haut-Koenigsbourg, Colmar, the Elzasser wine route, etc.
