Very large, nice house, built in 1938, renovated in 2001. 10 km from the centre of Helsinki, in a sunny position, 30 m from the sea. Private: natural garden. Private beach. Garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: sauna. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Helsinki" 10 km, rocky beach, bathing bay 30 m. Please note: fishing [permit required]. Luxury chalet located in front of Helsinki's Marjaniemi approx. 300 m from nearest shore. Located in a private island, Small Koivusaari is 0.9 ha in extent and boat trip is 1 km, (important: access only by boat), water transport from Ströms boat harbour and return boat trip is included in price. Whole island and buildings on it are exclusive to guests. Island has 2 rowing boats, which can be used for trip to public shore of Marjaniemi, extra trips can be arranged with caretaker for additional price (200 euros/day). Trip in bad weather with air cushion vehicle.

Living room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with bar. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. Barbecue, deck chairs. Very nice panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, sauna. Please note: non-smokers only. It is also part of the property: separated building (30m2), with sauna, wood-burning stove, living room with fireplace, washroom and dressing room.
