Fishing [permit required]. Main road 100 m from the property. Chalet situated 16m from river Iijoki. Gentle slope to shore, steps on the way, shore has jetty. Rainbow trout regularly stocked in waterway. Excellent fishing opportunities in river, in winter 'pilkki' ice hole fishing, in summer spoon trolling. River area has a continuous 20km boating area. Own boat. Outboard motor for hire. River generally has snowmobile tracks along it in winter, making skiing easier. Official snowmobile trail approx. 2km away. Illuminated ski trail 10km away. Opportunities to catch small game with owner. Also for hire: snowmobile and 2 mountain bikes for hire. The Ii old harbour 10km and river Iijoki estuary 15km.
