Private: grounds 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, 01.06.-30.09.), paddling pool, slide, outside shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, terrace (80 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: billiards table. Covered parking in the grounds. Grocers 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 50 m, ski lift 2 km, ski runs 18 km. Solar-heated swimming pool. 2 water slides, fountains, outdoor solar heated shower, small stream, small lake. Parasol, garden summerhouse, 2 barbeque areas, curing room, swings, sandpit, basketball net, mini tennis wall, dumb bells, darts. Chess with clock. Beach volleyball, badminton court in town (free). Cellar. It is possible to visit the mineral site where precious stones like amethystes, agates etc. Can be collected. Covered parking for 4 cars (further parking in the courtyard). Fishing in own fishing centre, 18 km. Riding, 6 km (CZK 150/hr including equipment).
