Romantika 2 - Description

‘Romantika’ is an attractive, completely renovated and stylish holiday home. It is on a large 3000m² plot of land. The house is divided into 3 apartments (see CZ-34201-11 & CZ-34201-13) and has some communal areas such as a sauna.

The house is quietly situated in a small village. It has lovely views of the surrounding meadows and woods. The area is perfect for walking and cycling as the Sumava Mountains are nearby. Skiing is available in Hartmanice (10km), Kasperske Hory (24 km), Zelezna Ruda, Spicak (20 km) and in Arber in Germany, 29 km away. In winter you can enjoy cross-country skiing in the surrounding area.
