Samota - Description
This authentic holiday home (590m²) enjoys a quiet location at the edge of the "Bohemian Woods" (Sumava Mountains) in a diverse landscape, amidst the woods and meadows. The holiday house is with a 120.000 m² large plot. The house offers, among other things, a large living room (85m²) with a fire place, bar with a tap. In the basement, a wood fired sauna and hot and cold showers are at your disposal. The house is located next to a small creek and a little lake, wonderful for cooling off after having used the sauna. During the winter, it is possible to ice skate here.
In the area you can enjoy long walks and cross country skiing (when there is enough snow, you can cross country ski right off the terrace).
The skiing area of Zadov (snow canons, snowboarding, cross country skiing track) is only 8 km away. The beautiful cities of Ceske Budejovice and Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) are definitely worth a visit.

Ground floor: 1 hall, 1 corridor, 1 livingroom (TV (satellite), fire place, DVD player, radio, CD player, bar (with beer tap)), 1 dining room, 1 kitchen (hearth, 2 x microwave, dishwasher, freezer), 2x WC.
On 1st floor: 2x bedroom (3 x single bed), 3x bedroom (double bed), 2x bedroom (single bed, double bed, bunk bed), 2x bathroom (2 x shower, 3 x sink), 2x WC (sink, 3 x Toilet).
Basement: 1 sauna (3 x shower).
