House Romantic - Description

This wonderful, charming, high quality holiday home, built in 2004, is equipped with all amenities that are needed for a perfect holiday. The interior is comfortable and modern, with tasteful furnishings. It has got a private groud of 20 000 m² and a garden with lawn of 8 000 m². Surrounded by meadows, only 50m far from woods the house has got a sunny location and offers a lovely panoramic view. There is a heated outside swimming pool (6m x 4m x 1,20m) and terrace which are accessible straight from the dining room, a paddling pool, playing-field and small soccer goals.

Skiing is possible at 40km distance (Sumava Mountains, Czech Rep.), or you can go skiing across the border to Austria (30km). Golf course at 29km.

The House Romantic is a perfect starting point for excursions to the well known cultural town Cesky Krumlov (15km), Ceske Budejovice (20km) known for its beer brewery, Trebon spa town (18km), the most beautiful medieval castle Hluboka and other UNESCO memorials(20km). This is the perfect place to spend splendid holiday in the South Bohemia!
