Marina Lipno, new holiday complex with yachting harbour for 150 boats, with indoor pool and small aqua park (closed from 1.11.05 - 30.11.), golf course and chair-lift to ski centre Kramoliln (5 pistes, snowboard park with U-ramp, 50 km cross-country routes). Yacht, ski and scooter hire in town. There is a shop on the ground floor of the property (entrance from the street). 3rd class road 30 m from house. Garden, terrace and entrance to the apartment is at the rear of the building. .
