Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, golf course 100 m, ski lift 500 m. Panoramic views. Quiet, romantic position close to a forest. Cross country routes from the property. Natural swimming pool, 2 km. Parking in the garden and in case of heavy snow, approx 200 m away on foot.

Upper floor: 1 room with 4 beds and TV. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Reserved parking. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is a typical tiled stove in the twin bedroom and kitchen.
