Rokytnice nad Jizerou lies 35 km east of Jablonec. This large, detached house is situated on the edge of the well known town of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, in the centre of the Reuzen mountains and 0.3 km from the forest. The house is positioned on a hillside and is of a good standard. Balcony and communal garden where you have open views, garden furniture, garden hearth and barbeque.

Specifics:

On the ground floor is a closed appartment from the owner. He could be present in the house. One bedroom on the third floor can only be reached through the other bedroom. The third floor has a sloping roof.
