The modernly furnished studio (20 m2) is one of the 6 apartments in this modern apartment building which is located in a quiet part of the area. In the apartment house you have a community room, garden, play room for children, children?s pool (3.6m, 0.7m) and children?s play area at your disposal. The well known skiing area of Vrchlabi in the Giant Mountains (Krkonose) offers great Alpine and Nordic ski conditions. Further skiing areas such as Janske Lazne are only 6 km away. In the summer, this is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. You can climb the highest mountain in the Czech Republic (the Sne?ka) and visit the waterfalls, nature preserves or the Bohemian Paradise nature reserve.
