Private: grounds 700 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn 300 m2, patio, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: sauna, whirlpool. Billiards table, games room, central heating, washing machine. Steep motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop 800 m, grocers 200 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station Frydland nad Ostravici 3 km, swimming pool 700 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km, tennis 1 km, golf course 4 km, riding stables 4 km, ski lift 600 m, skisport facilities 30 km, cross-country ski trail 800 m.
