Private: grounds 500 m2, meadow 400 m2, swimming pool kidney shaped, with built-in steps (7 m2, 01.06.-01.10.), patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Steep motor access to 500 m from the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop, grocers, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 500 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 3 km, tennis, golf course 2 km, ski lift 400 m, skisport facilities, ski school, children's ski school 12 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner can organize the following on request (extra): dinner in an adjacent building, game-hunting, fishing. The owner comes approx. 3x a week to clean the pool.
