The Villa Czernin was built by Earl Czernin in 1894 as a hunting chalet. In 2004 it was rebuilt according to the original project. It is the oldest historic building in this town, praised by architects and art lovers very nice, comfortable villa, 3 storeys, in the resort, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, south-facing position on a slope, 30 m from the woods edge, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. In the house: lounge, sauna, fitness room. Ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Breakfast on request. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 1 km, swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, tennis 1 km, golf course 20 km, ski lift 100 m, skisport facilities 500 m, ski school 100 m, cross-country ski trail 1 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. You can find Villa Czernin on a downhill course named krakonos, close to a ski lift. You can enjoy a spectacular view at the whole Spindleruv Mlyn and ski areas Medvedin and Svaty Petr.
