New, modern, nice apartment house, built in 2000, on the outskirts, in a quiet position, on a side street. For shared use: grounds with lawn. In the house: lift, ski storage. Parking by the house, communal covered parking. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Indoor swimming pool, tennis, cable car 1 km, ski school, cross-country ski trail 500 m. The garage is not suitable for large or high cars (Vans, people carriers). There is parking outside. From 20.00h to 08.00h it is important to keep the house quiet.
