Happy hill - Description

This newly built, luxuriously furnished holiday house (190 m²) is located in a small quiet village in the north of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, near the town of Hlinsko. The house is equipped with a generous reception room (70m²) with a hearth and a wood stove, a bar, darts game and an infrared sauna, which you can use for a fee. In the 3000 m² garden there is a small garden pool at your disposal (4.5m, 1m deep). Each of the sleeping-rooms has got its own bathroom with bathtub, basin and a toilet.

This area is known for its hilly natural surroundings, offering the perfect conditions for cycling, hiking, playing golf and walking. In Vesely Kopec and in Hlinsko there are also 2 open air museums (Skanzen). 20 km away there is the Sec Reservoir or the Skutec open air pool. The town of Litomysl is also worth visiting, with its castle. In the winter there are as well ski slopes (Hlinsko, 8km distance).

Attention: the house is ecquipped with a professional kitchen.
