Quiet yet centrally located semi-detached house on the famous Schmittenstrasse in Zell am See (between the Zeller Bergbahn, Schmittenhöhebahn and the Sonnalmbahn). Descend on skis (Nord-Schmittenhöhe run) to within 200m from the chalet, where you can start again for the next run. Ideally situated in the heart of the Europa Sport Region. You will be staying in the left half of the chalet, which has 3 floors and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. In addition to the spacious living room with open plan kitchen on the ground floor, you have no fewer than 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal - so there's plenty of space and a lot of privacy. Even though you can practically ski from the doorstep of the house, there is also a ski-bus that stops nearby which you can ride for free. For relaxation there is a covered swimming pool nearby with sauna facilities, or you can drive to the new Tauern Spa in Kaprun. The charming centre of Zell am See, with an abundance of dining and entertainment options, is within walking distance.
