Areit XL - Description

Your spacious and fully furnished apartment is located only 400 metres from the Areitbahn in charming Zell am See. You can't get any closer to the lift, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, and in a few minutes your on your skis and enjoying the large ski area of Zell am See. Your apartment for 4-7 people is located on the first floor with a lovely balcony and you have a fully furnished kitchen and living room with sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed and a second bedroom with a double bed, and two bathrooms. Naturally, there is plenty to do if you aren't a skier. Nordic tracks, walking paths, shopping options, all only a short distance away. In the summer, you are in the midst of the Salzburgerland, only a stone's throw from Kaprun, the Groβglockner, Krimmler waterfalls or the city of Salzburg.

Details:

The tourist tax in the summer is 5.60 EUR per person per day. This includes a summer card for the region with which you have free entrance and discounts to various attractions. The card is valid from mid May to mid October of every year. For children through 12 years you pay 2.20 EUR.

In winter the tourist tax is 1.20 EUR per person per day.
