This very spacious and luxuriously furnished penthouse of 170 m2 is located directly in the centre of the idyllic and very well loved village of Waidring. On the second floor of this recently renovated complex, which is accessible by a lift, you have three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and partially equipped with a balcony. (the four person bedroom is divided over 2 floors each with twin beds). The modern and charmingly furnished living room has a very large open kitchen of 10 metres in length provided with all modern equipment, a spacious dining nook for 8 persons and a charming seating area with a corner suite and Sat TV. The balcony faces southeast with a beautiful view. In the cellar of the house there is also an enclosed garage suitable for 2 cars. In short, a wonderful location for a worry-free holiday!

The Pillerseetal is known for its various lakes and many walking options. In Waidring there is a small bathing lake where you can swim. The larger lake in nearby St. Ulrich am Pillersee is much more well known and there are many water sports options there. The well known and guaranteed snow ski paradise of Steinplatte, with many slopes and a snow park, is easily accessible by the modern lift right from the village, and there are many kilometers of Nordic ski tracks only five minutes away. The lift is right near the house!
