Golf course 25 km, cable car 15 km, ski lift 15 km, ski school 15 km, cross-country ski trail 6 km. Please note: car essential. Ideal starting point in summer as well as winter. Lake Constance with its culture town of Bregenz as well as the Schroecken-Warth ski region are 40 minutes away. Numerous hiking paths from the property.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open lounge. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm). 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. Gallery with satellite-TV. Bath/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Lovely panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, cot, hair dryer.
