Outside the resort, 1.3 km from the centre of Thüringerberg, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the woods edge, in the countryside. Private: grounds 300 m2, natural garden, lawn sunning area. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km. Golf course 25 km, cable car 20 km, ski bus stop 1.3 km, ice rink 2 km. Please note: car essential.

Leipold - Description
5-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room, ceiling height 190 - 210 cm with dining corner and tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven) with wood burning stove. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room, ceiling height 190 - 200 cm with 2 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and electric heating. 2 double bedrooms. Gallery. Large terrace. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: non-smokers only. Room height 190- 200 cm, the tiled stove is in the living room. Please note: The ladder to the 1st floor is steep and there is no landing. Logs should be paid locally.
