Küng - Description

Cosy, rustic country house Küng 200 m from the centre of Braz, 8 km from the centre of Bludenz, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: orchard, lawn sunning area, patio, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 200 m, swimming pool 500 m, tennis 200 m, golf course 3 km, mountain lift 10 km, cross-country ski trail, ice rink 200 m. Please note: baby equipment. Fishing and cycle track 200 m. Hiking routes from the house. This 100 year old wooden house has been completely renovated. The panelled rooms give it a very cosy atmosphere, The house has tiled stoves, which are heated by the keyholder during winter. Numerous ski resorts within easy reach by car: Arlberg (20 km), Montafon (15 km), Brandnertal (20 km), free ski bus to Sonnenkopf (10 minutes). Occasionally, during winter, the owner occupies a separate room with separate entrance. The sauna costs EUR 20/week locally.

Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer) with dining corner, radio and wood burning oven. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Bath-room. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor (spiral staircase): 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm). Kitchenette (2 hotplates) with dining table. Sep. WC. Wood heating. Box-room. Very nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, sauna. The living room on the ground floor is a lovely hunting-room with couch. The bath tub on the ground floor is a corner-bath. Storage space for skis. There is also a play room and a library in the house. Maximum 8 people are allowed to stay in the house (additional price for the 7th and 8th person to be paid locally).
