Haus Claudia - Description
The cosy village of Braz is situated at the beginning of the Kloster valley, at a height of 700 m. The central location is ideal for a good variation between the big ski resorts. You could go to Stuben, with the famous St. Anton ski resort, but also Montafon with its three big ski resorts is just around the corner. The nearby Sonnenkopf ski resort with its 10 lifts and 39 km of runs is also certainly worth your while. On the edge of the village you'll find the detached house Claudia. This property is for sole occupancy and is situated in sizeable grounds (750 m2), privacy guaranteed! The spacious house (150 m2) has been partly renovated and has a cosy and well kept interior. It is surrounded by a private garden with fruit trees and several sitting areas. You can enjoy a large balcony (south-east) with panoramic view of the valley.
